Such a cool vibe to this place!

Clearly a focus on Miso bowls given that 3 of the 5 they offer are Miso style. 

The actual bowls themselves were so damn cool, and they had something I have never seen in a ramen shop - a slotted spoon to grab all the miscellaneous debri at the bottom. 

Very clever! $27 is a bit steep for a bowl. But it was pretty solid bowl. 

Vegetable, pork and chicken broth. Braised vegetables (cabbage, onions and sprouts). Thick chewy noodles. Topped with corn, pork mince, a whole ajitama egg, thick chashu slice and a spicy blend of walnuts, chilli and sesame paste. Tonnes of umami hit. 

Open Monday to Saturday for lunch (then shut) and dinner from 5pm.
