I know for many Ramen fans in Sydney, Gumshara is mecca, and I respect that. But personally I really have to space out my visits here…that broth is thiccccckkk!! 

I hadn’t eaten all day and got over excited by ordering that brontosaurus rib too…I needed a solid lie down after this bowl. Fun times!
