Bowl 180 ~ Wagyu Jiro. Mashi No Mashi. Star City

Nothing hits harder than birthday Ramen!
I climbed to the top of JiroK, and now I cannot breathe...that was a mega bowl 😱
This is a new shop in Sydney that has places in Japan and Hong Kong, specialising in A5 top grade wagyu beef, and their broths are also beef based.
The Wagyu is staggeringly good and delicious, but at $48 for this bowl, it is by far one of the most expensive Ramen in Sydney.
Super thick noodles, tonnes of cabbage, bean sprouts and minced garlic. The broth is an umami bomb of soy and beef bones.
Be warned: this is an extreme bowl, and you better be hungry!
To be honest - it was a fun place, and the decor and small details have been meticulously looked after in here, but for the price, the bowl didn't amaze me to the point I would be rushing back soon.
