Bowl 157 ~ Niboshi Chintan. RaRa Chan. South Eveleigh, Sydney
Umami packed Tokyo style shoyu broth featuring pork, chicken, and also niboshi and kombu; it is clear and incredibly delicious. Definitely recommended for those folks who avoid the bloated feeling after a big bowl of Tonkotsu.
RaRa’s signature Hakata style (thin, straight) noodles, topped with grilled pork belly chashu, half a tomago egg, purple onion, menma, nori and snow pea sprouts.
