Bowl 154 ~ Lobster (Tonkotsu) Ramen! Gumshara. Chinatown, Sydney 🍜 

A lot of hype on this bowl in Sydney right now, and yeah, it was super tasty! 

Only around for a limited time right now, and they are only making 20 bowls per day. We went today (Monday) and got there at 11:45am – 15 minutes before they opened, and there was already a line up, so you need to factor time in. 200g of lobster head are used to make the soup for each bowl. 


It is basically an embellishment to their regular, super thick, Tonkostu broth. Slightly thinner noodles than usual, and more (thin cut / sort of dry) chashu on top too. 

I added plenty of spring onions on top to try and cut through the thickness. More expensive bowl than normal at $22, but definitely worth getting your lips around if you can make it in time! 🊞🍜
