Bowl 76 ~ “God Fire” Ramen. Hakata Gensuke. Carlton, Melbourne 🍜 

In Melbourne for a few days and I seriously could not wait to try this bowl, and it did not disappoint! I went 3/4 🌶🌶🌶 for the spice option. 

A super refined broth with just tonnes of chilli powder inside! Super thin, long noodles which I find don’t hold the broth as well (I am more of a medium thick wavy noodle kind of guy!)...paper thin melting chashu, super long pieces of menma and spring onions on top. Putting some ground up sesame seeds and black pepper in was the bomb!
