Rainy Sydney Sunday always means ramen! 

Chaco has now split into two parts, and the original site is just dedicated to Ramen now. This one was tasty with Hokkaidō scallop, John Dory and prawn wonton, black fungus, mizuna (leafy) greens. Broth is a chicken & pork blend. 

Loaded it up halfway through with plenty of togarashi (chilli powder) to rev it up. 🍜🥟
