This was a seriously impressive bowl! Light and clean chicken broth, straight thin noodles specially made by Sun Noodles, thick chashu slice, menma, spinach, naruto, springions, nori, and I added an ajitama. Plenty of umami in here made by ramen pros. 

Very happy with this. Open 6 days a week (shut Sunday’s) from 11:30am - 11:30pm.
