Bowl 108 ~ Tonkotsu Ramen. Ichiran. Brooklyn, New York 🍜 

I have to start by saying these “bowls” have really bothered me, and I am not a fan at all. They look silly and are not practical either. Rant over, and all that said, Ichiran is ALWAYS the bomb, and this USA cousin of the hugely popular Japanese mega chain did not disappoint.

Their tonkotsu broth is really tasty in my opinion, and that spice mix is all time. Extra bonus for the USA too; a no tipping policy! (the bowl was very expensive, so I guess it evens out though...). 

This joint is open 7 days a week from 11am - 11:30pm. 🇺🇸🍜
