Seriously, this place is open 24 HOURS / 7 DAYS A WEEK! Not only that, but the chashu is off the charts. I live in Sydney, and I think all the issues caused by the lock-out laws could be solved single-handedly with a 24-hour Ramen joint. 

This is Shujinko’s “spicy” ramen on the menu, but it really doesn’t have that much kick to it, and I added extra chilli oil. The flame-torched chashu was ridiculously good. Nice thick pieces, and 3 of them too. Noodles were a little overcooked and a bit too soft for my liking.
