Oh my sweet sweet Gumshara you crazy beast!

Established in 2009, they have just been topping up the same Tonkotsu broth since day one - this stuff is THICCC. Special #4 is nuts, and is more pork than one human should eat for lunch. But damn it’s fun to see people try! 

I just went the pork sparerib ramen myself. It is so tasty. You can’t be in Sydney and not have ever tried Gumshara for Ramen.
