This Melbourne institution has recently opened up a Sydney store and it has been going off! 

Located right next to the iconic KFC just down from Town Hall. 

They have a focussed menu of just a few Ramen available, and I remember trying God Fire in Carlton (Melbourne) a few years back and loving it. 

I went Level 2 spice and it was a good kick. Super thin noodles, clean broth and one tiny slice of wafer thin pork chashu. 

Was very tidy work delivered with a masterclass of efficiency from the 20 staff members. 

Open 7 days a week. 11am - 9pm. 🌶️🍜
