Ramen is back at Jazushi! Shoyta left a hole in our hearts years ago, and now my Sydney ramen hero Hydeman is here to save the day!

 Much like all of the work by Hydeman, this was supreme boss ramen 100% excellent. Chicken broth, light with white soy tare. 

Rare pork chashu, gold chicken aroma oil, perfect jammy egg and bambo shoots - seriously great! Sashimi was incredible also. 

They serving ramen for lunch only Thursday to Sunday, and also Thursday nights. ✌️🙏🏼
