BOWL 193 ~ MATCHA RAMEN. SOU RAMEN LAB. NORTH SYDNEY.

 

This place has quickly become one of my favourites in Sydney at the moment! They are seriously good. 

Located in North Sydney is this coffee shop that serves Ramen from 8am! They are breaking out from the pack in Sydney and are purely focussing on chicken broths only. This bowl was legit and seriously good. Light, clean, but full of flavour and bold just the same. Ramen chef here worked with Gumshara and Yasaka before Sou.

This bowl was legit. Rich chicken broth, and whilst the colour is very green, the matcha flavour is really gentle in the mix. 

Lovely thick al-dente noodles, and the two types of chashu were painfully delicious. Yummmm.
