Bowl 148 ~ Kameya Tonkotsu. Kameya Ramen Bar. The Rocks, Sydney 🍜 

This place just reopened 2 days ago after some time closed. Was like a coffee froth at the top of the bowl when it first come out!! Fun presentation! Very thick, marrow loaded pork and chicken blend broth. Major umami gut bomb! Choice of thin or thick wavy noodles (I went thick) and they were great noodles with plenty of bite - very good! 

Ajitama was perfect and jammy. 3 slices of melting chashu, bok-choy, woodear mushrooms, HUGE nori piece, and some raw white onion in replace of spring onions, which was a nice way to cut through the heavy broth. 

Overall a super solid bowl and can’t wait to get back and try some other menu items too. Lunch only right now here I believe.
