Great to be back at this legendary Ramen masters OG joint! I chose his most legendary bowl too. Strong niboshi dashi mixed in with the sofrito base for this bowl, but a touch on the over salty side for me (always sounds silly saying that for a salt ramen). So damn flavourful! 

It hits you straight away on this bowl. That thick chashu slice was heavenly, super chunky, but literally melts in your mouth! Slow & low roasted tomato is another umami bomb too. Egg cooked perfectly. The in house made thin rye noodles are exceptionally great. 

This bowl was bomb start to end.
