Bowl 88 ~ Negi-Goma Ramen. Ramen Danbo. Southport, Gold Coast.

Quick day trip up QLD, and whilst time was very tight today, i can always make 5 minutes for Ramen! 

Danbo has 2 spots on the Gold Coast. It was super legit and is very similar to Ichiran in so many ways - the straight thin noodles, the little spice blob, the wafer thin chashu and that broth was all class. 

I love sesame seeds, but the amount was excessive! Bowls are served on the smaller side so easily can crush it. Wish I had more time to explore other spots...next time! 

Danbo is open 7 days a week from 11am - 10pm.
