Slowly, but surely making my way through the menu here - love this place! 

Just walking into it is fun down those stairs into the basement. Just thick enough chicken & pork broth without being too mental, super umami punch in this one! + extra thick noodles, bean shoots, pork chashu, a whole egg (3/4 boiled). These is top class Ramen every time. 

Open lunch Monday - Friday, 11:30-2:30pm. Next time I am going the Salt Lemon Coriander! 🍜
